The copyright related to the Mytyl Maerchen or Maerchen Kingdom belongs to Mytyl Maerchen in the LiveRuli.
Secondary creation using the design of Mytyl Maerchen or Maerchen Kingdom is allowed in the following contents. Permission, submission, or reporting is not required for this.

1. Producing and distributing illustrations, cartoons, novels, games, CGs, merchandise, etc.
2. Manufacturing, wearing, and photographing cosplay-related items and costumes.
3. The act of manufacturing and selling goods as individuals using individual websites, convention events, consignments, etc., without a separate contract with Mytyl Maerchen.
4. The act of reorganizing, processing, and posting a part of the entire recording (aka replay) provided by Mytyl Maerchen for non-commercial and commercial purposes

1. Manufacturing and selling merchandise as a company using individual websites, convention events, consignments, etc., without a separate contract with Mytyl Maerchen.
2. Create or distribute secondary creations for only commercial purposes rather than fan activities.
3. The act of reorganizing, processing, and posting a part of the entire broadcast record provided by Mytyl Maerchen for commercial purposes.
4. The act of producing or distributing another person's work without the copyright holder's permission.
5. The act of producing or distributing a creation that infringes or is likely to intrude on the rights of Mytyl Maerchen or other copyright holders.
6. Producing or distributing other creative works contradicting social norms, such as content that slanders a specific individual, organization, race, etc.

In addition, adult-oriented secondary creations using Mytyl Maerchen are also permitted. However, if the following cases are satisfied, related adult-oriented secondary creations are prohibited.

1. Acts involving assault, bloody description, etc., or acts that imply it
2. Acts that violate social norms, such as murder, pedophilia, or suggestions thereof
3. Other acts that could seriously damage Mytyl Maerchen's reputation

However, in the case of adult-oriented secondary creations, one must upload it under the country's laws and the site's rules, and Mytyl Maerchen will not be responsible for any related issues.

The rights and obligations of all secondary creations belong to the secondary creator. Problems related to secondary creations are not associated with Mytyl Maerchen.
